Ms. Mahsa Azad is the founder and president of AZAD. She has over a decade of research, engineering, and management experience working for various public and private agencies. She has performed engineering and management on bridges, highways, roads, transportation facilities, building, and railroad projects. Her strong managerial skills, technical background, dedication, ad determination make her an asset for effective implementation and successful completion of complex, large-scale projects.
